Detailed Registration Information
Registration fees covers the cost of lodging at Cheaha Resort State Park with a check-in time of 5:00 PM on Friday, June 12, 2009 and check-out at 11:00 AM Sunday, June 14, 2009, refreshments at the family meet and greet, Saturday breakfast, family fish fry, family banquet and recognition program, Sunday breakfast, and all activities and door prizes. Your registration will also give you access to the observation tower, hiking, fishing, bicycle trails, picnic areas, and swimming!
Registration Fees:
Single (age 18 – 24) $75.00*
(includes persons turning 18 yrs old before June 14, 2009) This registration fee is only available for family members or guests who meet the stated age limit AND who do not have children, spouse, or guests.
Young Adult (under age 25) $85.00*
(young adults with children under the age of 18) This registration fee is only available for family members or guests who meet the stated age limit AND who will be accompanied by a spouse or children under the age of 18.
Adult (age 25 – 66) $100.00
This registration fee is only available for family members who meet the stated age limit OR who will be accompanied by a spouse AND/OR children under the age of 18.
Adult (age 67 & over) $FREE*
Free registration is only available for family members or guests who meet the stated age limit AND who will not be accompanied with children, grand children, or guests. Only mail in your registration form to let us know you will be attending.
NOTE: adults age 67 and older who will bring children or grandchildren under the age of 18 will have to pay a registration fee of $100.00.
Payment Schedule:
1st Payment Due: 7/15/08 Amount: $25.00
2nd Payment Due: 8/15/08 Amount: $25.00
3rd Payment Due: 9/15/08 Amount: $25.00 (*final payment for single member)
4th Payment Due: 10/15/08 Amount: $25.00 (*final payment of $10 for young adult)
All payments must be received no later than Saturday, November 15, 2008. Members with outstanding balances after November 15, 2008 will incur a late fee of $25.00.
